DOCTORAL DEGREE CONVERSION
Between December 1, 2008 to January 31, 2009, students currently enrolled in the doctoral program can request to convert from the D.Sc. to the Ph.D. program. Students who have not requested conversion will be assumed to remain in the D.Sc. degree program. Students starting the doctoral program in Spring 2009 will be automatically registered as Ph.D. students. The change of the title of the degree is for current students only and cannot be done retroactively. The Degree Conversion Form can be obtained either from Luis Acevedo, or from the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (Tompkins 101).
